With nearly two decades of distinguished service in law enforcement and a seamless transition into physical security integration, Greg Eisert brings unparalleled expertise and operational insight to his role as the Vulnerability Assessment Specialist at Paidion Shield. Known for his strategic mindset, tactical acumen, and deep commitment to public safety, Eisert is a key asset in identifying and mitigating security threats across a wide spectrum of environments.
A Career Rooted in Service and Tactical Excellence
Eisert’s professional journey began in 2002 with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, where he embarked on a law enforcement career that would span nearly 20 years. Over that time, he served in numerous high-risk, high-responsibility roles, including as a SWAT Team Member, Firearms Instructor, Narcotics Detective, and Field Training Officer. His work included conducting complex investigations, executing tactical operations, and performing in-depth threat assessments for individuals, locations, and organizations.
He also became a recognized leader in inter-agency collaboration, coordinating Active Shooter Response Trainings and completing specialized courses like the WMD Technical Emergency Response Training, which involved live-agent drills with hazardous materials such as VX and Sarin gas.
Throughout his service with multiple agencies, including the Elk Grove, Vacaville, and Yuba City Police Departments, Eisert was lauded for his professionalism and courage. His honors include the Officer of the Quarter (3x), the 10851 Award for vehicle recoveries, the MADD Award, and a Police Achievement Award, all underscoring his dedication to excellence and community safety.
Bridging Tactical Experience with Technology-Driven Security Solutions
After retiring from active duty, Eisert shifted into the private sector, applying his hands-on tactical knowledge to the world of physical security integration. In leadership roles with companies like Campion Sales, BryComm, and now 3Sixty Integrated, he has become a trusted expert in designing and delivering security systems for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and enterprise organizations.
His work includes:
Designing systems for video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and visitor management
Conducting threat assessments aligned with real-world risks
Assisting clients with grant applications and compliance strategies
Educating stakeholders on best practices in both physical and digital security
Eisert's blend of street-level experience and technical knowledge allows him to create solutions that are not only compliant and cost-effective but practical and actionable in critical scenarios.

At Paidion Shield, Eisert leads as the Vulnerability Assessment Specialist, a role that leverages his unique combination of law enforcement, tactical operations, and physical security integration. Educator, Mentor, and Community Advocate
In addition to his work in the field, Eisert is passionate about training the next generation of public safety professionals. As an Adjunct Professor at the Alamo Colleges First Responder Academy, he teaches cadets in both classroom and tactical environments on subjects such as Defensive Tactics, Firearms, and Officer Safety.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute and University, is a graduate of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department Academy, and maintains multiple instructor certifications, including:
