About Our Why
“Veterans protecting the next generation.”
In the wake of countless tragedies over the past two decades—targeting schools and faith-based institutions— families and communities have been left grieving, searching, and hoping for answers.
Amid these crises, a team of former Federal Agents, Navy SEALs, Special Operators, and First Responders— grounded in faith and fortified by experience—answered the call.
What began as a grassroots initiative in the Texas Hill Country has grown into Paidion Shield:
A mission to protect our most vulnerable in times of crisis.
Mission
“The Day Chooses You”
Paidion, the Greek word for “beloved child,” represents those we are called to protect.
We accomplish this mission through:
-
Reality-based training
-
Material support
-
Facility vulnerability assessments
All delivered by warriors with decades of real-world military and law enforcement experience—men and women who continue to serve with courage, conviction, and compassion.
Vision
“From the battlefield to the classroom, standing in the gap.”
To see a nation where warriors become ambassadors and shepherds, rising to the challenge of protecting the innocent—applying their hard-earned skills to bring hope, preparedness, and lasting impact.
