​Booking and Cancellation Policy

By registering for our training courses, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the course.

  • Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled class date are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made more than 10 days before the class date and are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within 10 days of the class is not permitted.

4. Class Cancellation by Organizer

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class (e.g., due to weather, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Requirements

  • All participants must meet the prerequisites outlined for the course.

  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in removal from the class without a refund.

  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment details (processed securely through a third-party payment processor — we do not store credit card information).

  • Website Usage Information: IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and device information, collected through cookies or analytics tools.
